I doubt I’ve had a card with quite this many books on before!  You can almost hear the classical music playing in the background of this second-hand bookshop.

  1. I would love to visit a bookstore of that caliber. I dream of having my own library in my house (not the one I live in now) with books that go from floor to celing and have the sliding ladders. yeah, that will happen when I hit the jackpot. :)

    1. Our previous home was a big old Victorian house and one of the first jobs we did in it was create a study wiith two walls of floor to ceiling bookshleves. I miss them enormously. But the point I really wanted to make was that even then we had books left over everywhere. It doesn't matter how much space you dedicate to books there will always be more books than there is space to accomodate them. It's one of those Laws of the Universe - I'm sure it has a name. The Librarian of the Unseen University's Law, probably.

Welcome. I love it when visitors comment - even if it's only to say "Hi, I've been here!"
