I don't know more about the artist, but on the back was written: "In the garden", by Paul C. Milner, 2008<br /><br />I like all the postcards and stamps you posted. I went to Suomenlinna three years ago, and I have good memories of a perfect day there. The postcard with Pippi caught my eye...
